The Profile Screen is the fifth icon on the bottom navigation bar and is represented by the three stacked lines icon.
You can access a lot of useful account information from here, as well as manage your global settings. Working our way from top to bottom, let's explain all the things you can do from this screen:
1. In the upper right corner, you can Log Out of the app. This will completely log you out of the Qube Money app.
2. Below your name shows: Learn How to Use Qube, this shows some quick education screens.
3. Personal Information: Shows your personal contact information that is on file with Qube. For security reasons, you will need to contact Customer Service to update your personal information.
4. Card Information: View your physical debit card number, change your card PIN, and report a lost, stolen or damaged card.
5. Linked Bank Accounts: On this screen, you can view or add a linked account. Linking an external bank account will allow you to easily move money between Qube and another bank.
6. View Limits: this will display all of the account limits associated with your Qube Money account. This will include Debit Card Purchase, ATM Withdrawal, Bank Transfer, Total Deposits, Bank Deposits, Card Deposits, Other Deposits and Peer-to-Peer limits. 7. View Statements: Opens an in-app web browser to view your monthly statements in a PDF. You can also access your Monthly Statements on a desktop from https://dashboard.qubemoney.com/
8. Global Settings: Here you will be able to enable Face ID, turn on/off Global Notifications, change the appearance, Change your password, manage Qubeless Transactions, find our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You will also be able to see what version of the Qube Money app you are on at the bottom of the screen.
9. Account and Routing Numbers: Easily view or copy your bank account and routing numbers. You will also see a button that reads "Set Up Direct Deposit." This will allow you to set up Direct Deposit to your Qube Money account. Once you click on this button, your account number and routing number will appear that you can copy and paste. It will also include the bank information and an option to email yourself an unsigned Direct Deposit form. You can also fill out the form right from the app by tapping "Fill Out The Form."
10. Customer Support: Opens an in-app chat with Customer Support during working hours.
11. Submit Feedback: this function will take you to a form to fill out to submit any feedback you have to our product team. Please note this form is not an alternative to support. For any support related issues, please contact Customer Service and they will be happy to assist you.
12. Authorized Users: this is where you can add an Account Companion or Add a Kid to your Premium or Family Membership. For more information on how to add a companion or kid to your account, please click the following link:

You will also notice a (i) icon next to "Authorized Users." This will take you to your Account where it will show your personal information and Authorized Users. It will also display Bank Information, Card Information, and Linked Bank Accounts associated with your Qube Money account.
This page will also allow you to access other options for your account by clicking on the 3 lines in the top right hand corner of the page. Here you will find the following:
Move Money: Allows you to move money internally or externally to and from your Qube account.
Notifications: Shows all of the notifications from your account activity.
Log Out: logs you out of the Qube Money app.
Manage Plan: Here you are able to see your Current Plan along with the plan type, the next charge date, the amount and the frequency. You will also see your Payment History displayed here. You are also able to upgrade your account from here to the Membership of your choice by clicking Select This Plan under the Membership you would like to upgrade to. This will walk you through the steps to successfully upgrade your Membership. This allows our members to upgrade with ease!

Statements and Reports: Here you are able to download your monthly bank statements and reports for your Qube account.
Invite a Friend: Here you can share the love you have for Qube with a friend or family member. You can simply input their email address and it will send them a link to experience all of the benefits of Qube Money! You can also send them a link/invite by copying it below the email field. Qube Money does offer a referral program for friends/family who sign up with a Premium or Family Membership under your referral. At the bottom of the Profile page, you will also see icons that will take you to our Social Media pages such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube!
