In some circumstances, you may need or want to cancel a transaction you've pre-authorized in a qube before the payment goes through. To do this, go to the pre-auths section on the Activity screen or the qube details from which the transaction is scheduled.
Swipe the transaction cell to select the quick action Cancel or click on the transaction details and select Cancel Pre-Auth.
The transaction must be cancelled before the vendor pulls the funds, while the transaction still has the PreAuth tag. If the transaction is not listed as PreAuth, then the vendor has already pulled the funds and it is unable to be cancelled.
