Overview
Bill Qubes are specific qubes for all your bills. They are different from Spend Qubes in that once you successfully set up a bill qube, you do not have to open your qube ahead of time in order for the transaction to process and the bill to be paid!
With a virtual bill qube, a unique virtual debit card number and unique account number will be generated specifically for each qube. Then, when paying your bill for a merchant, you'll use the unique card or account number associated with the qube you've made for that bill.
Example
You could create a "Power" bill qube. You'll have a unique debit card and unique account number generated solely for your Power bill qube. If your electric company only accepts ACH transfers from a bank account, you'll enter your unique Power bill qube "account" number into your electric company's website. If your electric company only accepts card payments, you'll enter your unique Power bill qube virtual card number into your electric company's website. Then, any transactions coming through using those unique account or card numbers will always be approved and taken from that specific qube. Amazing!
If you ever want to decline the charge from your electric company, you can pause your bill qube by clicking the name of the bill qube to enter the qube details screen, tapping the red envelope icon with the pause sign, and selecting Yes, Pause Payment. Repeat to un-pause.
