Give Spending Qube's more Budget Options

Right now, the budget countdown is focused on spending for the month or timeframe which it is setup and I would like to see more options where the budget countdown could be based on the total balance, other triggers or even the possibility of showing a different color if its overfunded so you visually know you have extra in there.  Some of my spending qubes are not used each month or there it a little left over at the end of the month that rolls into the next month and just to complete the visual look it would be nice if the budget green, yellow, red indicator matched the state of each qube better.
