Reporting a lost, stolen, or damaged card is easy!
Simply open your app follow these steps:
1. Go to your Profile Screen
2. Click Card Information
3. Select either Report Damaged Card or Report Lost or Stolen Card
If you report your card as lost or stolen, your debit card number will be deactivated immediately. A new virtual debit card should be issued by the bank right away, but in some cases may take up to 24 business hours. Your replacement debit card will be mailed automatically and already activated upon receipt. Your new debit card number will work as soon as your new card is issued and shows up in your app.
If you report your card as damaged, your debit card number will still work until you receive your replacement card. For security reasons, once you receive your new debit card in the mail after reporting a damaged one, you'll need to contact Customer Support by phone or chat to activate your new card. After you speak with them and your new card is activated, your old debit card number will be deactivated at that time.
Virtual Card numbers for Virtual Bill Qubes are unaffected by reporting your physical debit card as lost, stolen, or damaged.
The first replacement card is free. Any additional replacements are $7.00 each.
