There are two situations where you may want to file a dispute on a transaction charged to your Qube account:
1. If you suspect the charge is fraudulent.
If you don't recognize a charge on your account and suspect it may be fraud, please reach out to Qube Customer Support directly to report the fraudulent activity, and Qube will file the dispute on your behalf. We encourage you to also report your card as Lost or Stolen by visiting your Profile Screen in the app, tapping on Card Information and Report Lost or Stolen Card.
2. If you never received an item or the item was not as expected.
If you ordered something from a merchant and it either never arrived, or you were unhappy with what you received, you'll first need to reach out to the merchant directly and try to resolve your issue. If you've contacted the merchant and are not able to resolve the issue with them directly, then you may reach out to Qube to file a dispute against the merchant. We will ask you to provide your purchase receipts, item pictures, and copies of written communication with the merchant to assist our bank with their investigation.
