In some circumstances, you may need or want to cancel a transaction you've pre-authorized in a qube before the payment goes through. To do this, go to the qube from which the transaction is scheduled. Click on the transaction and select Cancel Transaction.
The transaction must be cancelled before the vendor pulls the funds, while the transaction is still listed as pending. If the transaction is not listed as pending, then the vendor has already pulled the funds and it is unable to be cancelled.
