One of the most amazing parts of Qube Money is that when your account is created your virtual debit card is active and ready to be used. You'll want to set your pin, but otherwise, you can start using your card right away. You can add the card to a mobile wallet to be used in person right away.
When your physical card arrives, if this is your first card, your card will arrive activated and ready to use. We do want to know that you have received your physical card however and we ask that you go into the app and mark it as active. This screen only shows up prior to your debit card arriving. If you received a replacement for a damaged card, for security reasons, we’ll need to speak with you via chat to complete this request.
You can chat with us right in the app by going to Profile (the three menu lines on the bottom right of the app) and tap Help & Support. If you prefer, you can go to our website www.qubemoney.com and tap the Chat button on the bottom right side of the page. Our chat hours are from 9 am to 6 pm CST. When you chat in, let us know you want to activate a newly arrived debit card.
