Once you have funds in your Cloud balance, you will need to transfer funds into a qube before you can use your card for a purchase. This can be done by signing in to your app and tapping Qubes, then tapping the + symbol at the top of the page. Click here to learn more about setting up qubes. (this would link to FAQ “How do I add a new qube?” once approved)
Now that you have your qubes set up, tap the qube you wish to fund, then tap the “Transfer Money” button. Select your Cloud balance as the “From” location and the qube you wish to fund as your “To” location. You will want to select the “My Qube Money (Internal Transfer)” option. Tap “Next Step”
Enter the amount you wish to transfer, select the “Today” transfer option, then tap “Preview Transfer Summary.” Verify that your transfer information is correct, then tap “Create Transfer.” You should see this transfer reflected in the account within 30 minutes, if not instantly.
Once your qubes are funded, you’re ready to start spending! You will need to open a qube before making a purchase, or the card will decline. To use your card, log into the app, tap the Qubes page, and tap the qube you wish to spend from, then tap “Open Qube.” This will leave the qube open for 30 minutes or until a purchase has been completed, whichever comes first.
