If you can’t find your bank in the list, it may not be part of Plaid’s network. Or maybe it’s in the list, but you received an error saying your account couldn’t be connected.
In the meantime, if your bank supports ACH, you may be able to initiate your transfer to Qube Money through their platform.
You'll need your routing and account number which can be found in the app. Sign in and then:
- Tap on the Profile icon
- Select "Card & Banking Information" to view your routing/account number
Then simply follow your other bank's instructions for connecting your Qube account as an external account.
If you can't find those instructions, ask them how to transfer funds from your account to another bank.
