There could be many reasons why you didn’t receive your card. Most commonly it’s because of an issue with the address on file.
We recommend you wait at least 2 weeks for your card(s) to arrive. We also advise you to keep an eye out for our special packaging: your cards will arrive in a greeting card sized envelope.
Otherwise, please verify your address by logging into the app or website to confirm it’s correct. If we need to make an update or you’re still not sure why your card wasn’t delivered, please chat with us between 9 am-6 pm CST Monday-Friday. You can locate the chat on our home page or in your profile within the app under "Help & Support".
